Since 2011, Taylor Felsher has worked at Pettiette, Armand, Dunkelman, Woodley, Byrd & Cromwell, LLP, as an administrative professional. Her daily responsibilities at the law firm include managing all front-office activities, hiring a team of office runners, and delegating tasks to up to five runners. Additionally, she handles payroll data and client billable hours using PC Law software. Taylor Felsher’s accomplishments in this role include designing and implementing a highly effective system for runner and attorney time tickets, which has increased overall office productivity. In her role with the firm, Ms. Felsher has gained significant experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Photo Shop, and more.
Outside of her work, Taylor Felsher is involved in a number of charitable activities. She is a member of the Junior League of Shreveport-Bossier, and she volunteers for Red River Revel, a community arts festival in Shreveport, Louisiana. Ms. Felsher holds a degree in mass communications with a concentration in advertising from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
